Prices:

The prices published on www.bladepadel.com are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on www.bladepadel.com.

Offers on products for sale on www.bladepadel.com will be displayed in the “Offers” section or will be indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

Blade guarantees the quality of the purchased product for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The guarantee will be valid upon presentation of the purchase receipt of the product. It covers exclusively manufacturing defects, excluding defects resulting from misuse. The guarantee will be void if it is proven that the product has undergone repairs or modifications other than its manufacture.

Product:

The offers presented by www.bladepadel.com are valid within the limits of available stocks. www.bladepadel.com reserves the right to modify the range of products based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not in any way commit the seller www.bladepadel.com.

Shipments:

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration at BLADE

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

However, any delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

Return and exchange policies

Return of merchandise:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.bladepadel.com, within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Only a refund will be made if the cause is that the item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, the product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, without having been used

Products without the original seals (eg: seal on the handle of the racket), with or without use and also products with signs of use cannot be returned.

Once the product has been received, the costs generated by the shipment of the same will be deducted from the return amount of the order.

Within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of the return, www.bladepadel.com undertakes to refund it.

Before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department info@bladepadel.com, which will bear the costs of the return and new shipment.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union are also guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a product for 14 days, from the day it was received.

We inform you that we cannot accept returns if the purchased product does not have the original seals and is in the same condition as it was delivered, new and with original seals.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as we receive the cancellation notice of your order, the right to return becomes effective. Once the product arrives at our facilities, it will be checked that it meets the return conditions and if it is accepted, the amount of the order will be refunded less the resulting shipping costs.

Order cancellation:

If the order cancellation arrives before the goods are shipped, the customer will not have any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of this same order.
